Privacy notice

How we handle the details you share with us through this website.

Staging note: this is a demonstration website. The enquiry form is front-end only and does not transmit, store or process any data. No information you type into it is collected. The notice below describes how the live version would handle data once a real backend is connected.

Who we are

Healthy Homes Heat Pumps Auckland (a placeholder demo business for this staging build) operates this website. On the live site, contact and business registration details would appear here and in the footer.

What we collect

If you complete our enquiry form on the live site, we would collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, property type, and any message about the rooms you want heated. We do not ask for more than we need to respond to your enquiry.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a free assessment or quote.
  • To answer questions you've asked us.
  • To keep a record of work discussed or carried out.

We would not sell your information, and we would not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

On the live site, enquiry details would be retained only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet any record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you and to request that it be corrected. On the live site, a contact route for these requests would be provided here.

Cookies and analytics

This staging build does not set tracking cookies. A live deployment may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used; if so, that would be described here.

This is a sample privacy notice for a staging demonstration and is not legal advice. A live business should have this reviewed for its actual data practices and obligations under the Privacy Act 2020. Return home.
